Key Supervisors are a vital component of the Matrix Model and will become key contacts with CLARE|MATRIX Training Department. Key Supervisors will receive on-going information on the model, upcoming additional trainings and have the opportunity to participate in new information and interactions with other Key Supervisors from around the world. The training will also review the fidelity tools that will assist in implementation and provide a roadmap for operating the program to fidelity. This training will also provide specific instruction on appropriate cultural and other adaptations. Specific consultations will also be addressed for each program attending. Individuals who attend the Key Supervisor training will also receive an additional certificate acknowledging them as a Matrix Model Key Supervisor.
