March 23-24 - Matrix Core Training (6 CEU)   $1000.00- This training will cover Matrix basics of the Core Adult training with an emphasis on addressing the substance use and behaviors that lead to involvement in the justice system. Addressing reintegration back into the community and the family, employment and barriers that cause difficulty when justice involved. This training will also provide ways to provide treatment in an integrated approach.

March 25 - Key Supervisor Training (6 CEU). $875- The training will provide more specifics regarding implementation of Matrix and review the fidelity tools to ensure programs are moving as close to fidelity as possible improving program outcomes and treatment completions.

April 8 – Advanced Matrix (6 CEU). $875- This training is for providers who have completed the Core/Criminal Justice or Adolescent & Young Adult 2 Day training and the Key Supervisor training but also want additional coaching on program implementation and a more advanced approach to the Matrix Model. Great training for programs wanting to become a Matrix Certified Program.

May 24 – Personality Disorders, Trauma, and Substance Use Disorders (6 CEU) $225 - Often individuals presenting for treatment with substance use disorders also present with additional issues such as personality disorders and trauma. This training will review why the “tri-disorders” occur, how to address the issues in an integrated approach and Improve understanding of how to address the needs of a complex client. Reframe thinking about personality disorders.

May 25-26 – Matrix Criminal Justice Training (6 CEU) $1,000 - This training will provide the skills needed to provide Matrix programming and learn the components of Matrix and specifics on each component of the Matrix Model.

May 27 – Key Supervisor (6 CEU). $875 - The training will provide more specifics regarding implementation of Matrix and review the fidelity tools to ensure programs are moving as close to fidelity as possible improving program outcomes and treatment completions.

June 3 – Pharmacology and Neuroscience of Addiction (6 CEU). $225
- This training will cover opiates, prescription drugs, new trending drugs, alcohol and other substances and potential issues with each substance and potential new treatment and medications for treatment of SUD.

July 26 – Cannabis, CBD, Vaping, and Medical Marijuana (6 CEU) $225 - One of the bigger challenges in SUD treatment is understanding cannabis, medical marijuana, CBD and Vaping. Many professionals admit they lack complete understanding and differences. This training will provide information to gain understanding and how to address the legalization of cannabis in treatment.

July 27-28 – Matrix Core Training (6 CEU)- $1,000 - The training will provide more specifics regarding implementation of Matrix and review the fidelity tools to ensure programs are moving as close to fidelity as possible improving program outcomes and treatment completions.

July 29 – Key Supervisor (6 CEU). $875 - The training will provide more specifics regarding implementation of Matrix and review the fidelity tools to ensure programs are moving as close to fidelity as possible improving program outcomes and treatment completions.

August 5 – Legal and Ethical Issues in SUD Treatment and Tele-Therapy (6 CEU) $225 - – It is imperative that providers understand their legal and ethical responsibilities in the treatment of SUD. This training will clarify what happens when you have multiple legal requirements such as HIPAA, state laws, and CFR 42. Great training to understand legal issues, ethical requirements and how the laws apply to tele-therapy. This training will provide hours required for ethics and tele-therapy for certification, recertification and licensure.

September 20 – Trauma Informed Care (6 CEU) $225 – When treating SUD a significant amount of individuals will also present with trauma. This training will provide skills and information needed in providing treatment in a trauma informed approach and not only the skills needed and how the facility and be adapted to become more trauma informed.

November 15 – Motivational Interviewing (6 CEU) $225 – This training is great opportunity to gain understanding of the skills needed for Motivational Interviewing and will cover the basics and allow for experiential exercises to practice skills. It is also a great refresher for professionals who have had Motivational Interviewing training previously but want a refresher to enhance current skills.

November 16-17 – Matrix Core Training (6 CEU). $1,000 - This training will provide the skills needed to provide Matrix programming and learn the components of Matrix and specifics on each component of the Matrix Model.

Our Matrix Model trainers work with clinicians and healthcare organizations to adapt the model into their existing treatment programs. Our trainers are highly specialized in teaching the model to the clinical and structural fidelity of the evidence-based manual, Matrix Model of Intensive Outpatient Treatment.

CLARE|MATRIX provides open enrollment trainings bi-monthly at our administrative headquarters in Santa Monica, California. Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, we are currently offering the option to attend the training on-site in Santa Monica or virtually.
